Job description
Join a reputable local authority in Nottinghamshire on a 6-month contract as a responsive repairs and voids manager.
Main duties of the role:
- To ensure the continuous improvement of the repairs and voids services by ensuring it meets service standards, through regularly setting key performance indicators.
- To effectively manage the supervisors within the team, ensuring standards are maintained and improvement areas are identified.
- To take necessary actions in consultation with the ABM-HM&AM to ensure the successful completion of all tasks, meeting target performance levels, and complying with service standards.
What's on offer:
- £300 per day
- Hybrid working
- 37 hours
- 6-month contract
