Commercial IP/IT Data Protection Lawyer

£45,000 + DOE
Due to expansion this Legal 500 'City Firm in the Regions' is seeking an ambitious and astute commercial lawyer to join them.
The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills and be able to manage an exciting and diverse workload. Technology, media, intellectual property and data protection experience is preferred, but not essential. A depth of experience covering procurement, complex contract drafting and negotiation and good experience in relation to managing risk, negotiating liability and indemnity provisions would be welcomed.
The team advise on :
the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property
software licensing and development
data protection and data security
procurement and outsourcing
e-commerce
engaging in acquisitions and disposals of technology companies
