Job description
TLC Care Services LLP is looking for effective Health Care Workers within the North-, Northwest- and West-London areas to join our team.
You will have the ability to provide exceptional care to our Service Users Within their homes in the community (this is home to home care work). We are looking for individuals who are willing to commit to working on some Weekdays and/ some weekends. You Will have a nature that is caring, compassionate, friendly, flexible, able to take initiative, trustworthy, patient, proactive, able to take correction, creative as no situation is the same and maintain professional boundaries so as to ensure that the Service User is supported with Respect and Dignity in various aspects of their life ranging from *Personal Hygiene, Respite, Meal Preparation, Medication Administration, Light Household tasks to Recreational Activities.* You will have to undertake and be committed to do training and personal development if recruited Car drivers encouraged to apply Those on the DBS Update Service encouraged to apply This job is home to home (In the Community) care and the clients reside in their own homes.
