Job description

A specialist Commodities business is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their business, reporting into the Compliance Manager to carry out day to day Compliance duties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Screening and onboarding of new and existing clients
• Monitor PA dealing including reviewing statements and distributing attestations.
• Provide compliance training.
• Help complete regulatory returns on behalf of the business
• Assist with enquires from exchanges and regulators
• Assist in continuously reviewing/tailoring /improving policies, procures and the compliance manual

Job Requirements:

• Experience of undertaking / reviewing / advising on KYC in an FCA regulated firm.
• Experience of a role requiring generalist compliance knowledge in an FCA regulated firm
• Ideally experience of working within or advising an OTC commodity/energy derivatives firm and/or voice broking in the past.
• Excellent communication skills required alongside a commercial mindset
