Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading landscaping business in their search for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Mold.

For the successful Grounds Maintenance Team Leader our client is offering:
i. £11.20 - £12.50 per hour DOE
ii. Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:00pm) Occasional Sat work required
iii. Temporary to Permanent Position
iv. Full PPE and uniform
v. Annual bonus
vi. 1 day per week off in the winter season - paid 

The role Grounds Maintenance Team Leader:
i. Grass cutting, Shrub bed & hedge maintenance and weed control
ii. Sports Turf Management to include line marking
iii. To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site in order to achieve effective results and ensure targets and quality
delivery are achieve
iv. To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site to achieve effective results and ensure deadlines are met
v. Completion of internal paperwork, documents, forms as required by the business.

What our client is looking for in a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader:
i. Prior experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
ii. Full UK Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
iii. Must be driven to deliver high quality results first time, every time for our customers
iv. Have the ability to lead and motivate your team
v. Any plant tickets would be beneficial
