Job Description
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Inputting sales orders
- Respond to product enquiries
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients in German and English.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and stay updated on the latest retail trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German-speaking customer account manager should have:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role in the retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the latest retail trends and practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
