We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to be a part of our integral team in Unit A, Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3LL

• Full time! 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday

• 8am – 4pm but may change slightly to fit the needs of the business

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and guiding the team
• Placing orders and assisting with stocktakes
• Managing your team, making sure the best service is available to our customer whilst the unit is open
• Daily team briefs, assisting management with tasks
• Maintaining records
• Motivating and leading your team, leading by example
• Provide excellent customer service to the clients and deal with complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Serving hot food/beverages
• Till operating and cash handling – including cashing up
• On occasion you may be required to work at our other site, CM7 5SN
