Job description
Robert Half are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a fast-growth business based in Colwyn Bay.

The successful candidate will oversee and take full responsibility of the company's finance function, reporting directly into the Managing Director
Location: Colwyn Bay
Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Office / WFH: Onsite working with some flexibility to WFH if required
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and administer all financial operations within the company.
- Create and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and evaluate financial data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance and assistance to management and staff members.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
- Conduct financial analyses to identify areas for cost reduction and operational enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets.
- Lead and oversee a team of finance professionals, ensuring their productivity and development.
Your Profile:
- Qualified / Part-Qualified or QBE Accountant
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential
- Sage experience in desirable
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communicator
- Plans & organises their own work effectively
- Possess the ability to engage with colleagues at a variety of levels
