Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrator in Bath to join a Financial Planning firm.

Our clients specialize in wealth management, investments, and employee benefits, and work closely with their clients to ensure personalized advice is provided to suit their needs. They have a strong back-office team that supports their Advisors and are looking to expand this team.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Preparing and packaging financial planning reports with advisers
• Preparing client letters
• Liaising with product providers
• Assist in the completion of applications/instruction forms
• Obtaining information from clients
• Maintaining accurate client information
• Assisting with annual reviews and onboarding of new clients
• Ad hoc duties where required
