Fabric Engineer

Are you a Fabric Engineer? Do you have commercial maintenance experience?
We would love to hear from you!
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for an established Facilities Management contractor. You will be maintaining properties in the North-West
You will be undertaking maintenance tasks on commercial properties including minor plumbing, patch repairs, carpentry, painting & decorating to a high standard, therefore general maintenance experience in this area is advantageous.
This is an opportunity to work within an established business who can offer a base for progression into a variety of qualified roles.
You will need:
- Commercial Building Fabric Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems for Work
- Full driving licence
- Recognised NVQ Trade Qualfication
