Job description
* Review and help reconcile UK balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
* Assist with audit queries and year end tasks
* Support the UK Finance Manager in ensuring all accounts are ready to be migrated to new ERP system
* Assist with testing new ERP system where required
* Identify financial control and process improvements, and implement changes to strengthen the control environment and increase the efficiency of the team
* Embrace change agenda - be an enthusiastic advocate of change
* Assist in identifying operational and technical problems and to make suggestions regarding amendments to working practices and policies
