Nursing Home Manager / Registered Home Manager
£70k-£85k Fully negotiable salary
Circa £110k OTE
Southampton, Hampshire area.

I am working with a fantastic elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for a nursing home / care home in the north Southampton area.

I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage and develop a wonderful nursing home. The home is a beautiful looking building with great facilities. It has wonderful interiors and fantastic new furnishings.

The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users.

The care home / nursing home requires a hands on Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Candidatesdo not need to be a registered nurse / RGN, but this qualification is advantageous.

Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care. Our client is looking to develop this home and to ensure wonderful, high levels of care are delivered at all times.

Requirements:
- RGN / RMN Nurse qualification beneficial, NOT ESSENTIAL. Nursing home manager candidates without nurse pin considered.
- Strong care home management / nursing home management skills
- Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Experience of managing compliant care homes

Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager requirements:

NVQ 5
- RGN, RMN nursing qualification - preferred not essential
Experience of luxury high end homes is advantageous
