We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to be based in Jeddah leading high profile transportation projects with various clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road design schemes, future mobility, concept design, detailed design, and possess significant project management experience in the Middle East, specifically in transportation design projects.

We require someone to be based in Jeddah on a full time basis or willing to travel extensively to Jeddah. Preference will be given to fluent Arabic speaking candidates.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage transportation design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions in line with industry best practices.
  • Role will be focused on ability to handle projects and delivery.

• Design Expertise:

  • Demonstrate expertise in road design schemes, future mobility, and possess strong skills in both concept and detailed design.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to design teams, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Client Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.

• Middle East Experience:

  • Utilize extensive project management experience in the Middle East to navigate regional nuances and regulatory frameworks.
  • Leverage local knowledge to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10-18 years of professional experience in Transportation.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in transportation design projects in the Middle East.
• Expertise in road sign schemes, future mobility, and proficiency in concept and detailed design.
• Focus on delivery to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
