A fabulous opportunity has arisen to work with a sporty and welcoming family in The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, 4 days a week.
They are looking for an outgoing, experienced Nanny who is passionate and knowledgeable about Early Years and their career as a Nanny. The family are easy going and would like to find someone who fits in with them, to be a part of the family and who is looking for a long term role. They have one little boy who will be 1 year on starting the position. He is a delightful smiley little boy who loves engaging with people and playing with his toys as well as spending lots of time outdoors. He is not quite walking but is cruising around the furniture so you will need experience of this age group. Spending time outdoors is important to them, with lots of amazing countryside on the doorstep and the boy will be attending a predominantly outdoor nursery in the future so it would be great if you have the interest of this or a Forest School approach. They would like you to provide fun and educational activities for him through the week and would like you to be proactive in taking him to local groups and to continue attending ones he already does. He also has friends locally and play dates with them would be welcomed. Your duties will be nursery duties only but some help to keep the home tidy and running smoothly would be appreciated, such as emptying and loading dishwasher, running small errands etc. A driver will be required due to the location. They live in a beautiful Cotswold cottage with garden front and back in a small village, only 3 miles from Cirencester. Some occasional babysitting would be appreciated.
