Vehicle Sales and Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our vehicle Buying team as a Vehicle Sales and Marketing Administrator at T W White & Sons. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, but has the potential to become full time for the right candidate. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our Buying and Marketing departments, ensuring the efficient and accurate marketing of used vehicles for sale.

As a Vehicle Sales and Marketing Administrator , you will be responsible for managing our internal sales lists and the marketing of vehicles both on our own company website and across all third party sales platforms. You will also be responsible for producing a variety of sales reports so a high level of attention and detail is essential. You will work closely with the Buyer and Marketing Manager to ensure all activities are executed effectively and on time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Buying team with administrative tasks, including uploading vehicle data, images, videos and descriptions to multiple platforms
• Track and report on sales performance, including analyzing data and preparing reports to send onto management
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Support the buying department and marketing team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

We are looking for a Vehicle Sales and Marketing Administrator who has:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
