Role Overview
We are seeking 2 Apprentice Technicians to join our busy Operations Team. The successful candidates will be given full practical training to bring them up to competency as a skilled Technician. Successful applicants will be selected with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias in mind.
Your final qualification will involve an advanced level 3 apprenticeship with potential to lead into higher national qualifications for the right candidate. The approximate length of the apprenticeship will be 3-4 years.
What will you be doing?
Working towards a BTEC Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Engineering
Increasing knowledge and understanding of the mechanical or electrical build of AB Dynamic's products
Demonstrating a willingness to learn and absorb new information
Adhering to the companies H&S policies and working safely
What are we looking for?
Grade 4 or C in English and Maths, or the ability to work towards.
Confident communication skills
Able to manage and prioritise multiple demands
Accountability in following all required H&S requirements
Driven to achieve
