The client is a renewable energy consultancy company in West End London. The company is a start up business and has been running for 17 years. They specialise in renewable energy storage technology and are helping the UK reach net zero.
Job Description
- Processing invoices in SAPByDesign
- Creating fortnightly payment runs
- Raising Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt for the Corporate Cost Centre
- Posting payments to bank
- Advising on process improvement
- Liaising with systems consultants in implementing changes
- Creating training materials/providing training to business users
- Creating payroll payment run
- Ensuring AP masterdata is correct
The Successful Applicant
Accounts Payable Lead - will possess:
- Understand what a good accounts payable function looks like, probably from working in a larger organisation.
- Understand the full Purchase to Pay process from order to goods receipt to invoice
- Have used a system such as SAP, Oracle or ideally SAPByDesign
- Can work independently, with little supervision
Good interpersonal skills that will help you to explain the process to users.
