Job description

Experienced Tax professional required to join existing tax team at our busy Brighton office.

 
Candidates from both a mixed tax and a personal tax/private client tax background in practice will be considered for this role.

 
The Brighton office has an excellent and rapidly growing client base consisting largely of owner managed businesses, UK businesses with overseas aspects, high net worth individuals and trusts. 

 
The role will primarily consist of running a varied portfolio of personal tax clients including owner-managers and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will deal with all tax compliance and planning aspects for this portfolio and will provide the opportunity to become involved in the following tax work:

• VAT returns
• Other annual tax compliance work included P11Ds, employment related securities returns, EMI returns, ATED returns
• Exposure to tax planning work
• Liaising with clients
• Be part of a tax team reporting to tax partner
• Training and career progression supported.

The role is a broad one providing exposure to a wide range of areas of taxation with excellent prospects for well-motivated candidates wishing to continue their career development within a top 20 firm.
