Role:

As a Key Account Manager, the main activity is to acquire new major customers as consignors in the assigned sales area, to convince them to offer and sell their used cars via the Manheim Express B2B auction platform.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for advising theconsignor on which vehicles can be sold via which process in the best possible way via the platform and how they are priced correctly in order to be marketed successfully and profitably. If an interface is required (assuming profitability),the Key Account Manager will discuss the option with his supervisor and accompany the interface implementation.

Furthermore, the Key Account Manager advises his existing customers on possible process optimization in the B2B used car business by discussing the results of the past quarter with the consignor 1x per quarter.

Customers of the Key Account Manager are big branded car dealers or professionally positioned independent automobile dealers as well as banks, leasing and rental companies.

The activity takes place to a large extent in the field, so that customer visits and appointments are planned, prepared and carried out independently in the interests of the company.
