Lettings Branch Manager
Location: Wigan
- £27000 to £30000 basic salary dependent on experience
- £40000 OTE
- Uncapped commission scheme

Role Description: This is a fulltime onsite role for a Lettings Branch Manager in Wigan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the branch managing a team of property professionals ensuring compliance with industry standards attracting and retaining clients and driving business growth in the Wigan region.
A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager - Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team of 8
- Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting onetoone meetings)
- Encourage your teams development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring the business is riskaverse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager - Excellent leadership and management skills
- Minimum of 2yrs’ experience within residential lettings as a Senior Negotiator or higher
- Good telephone manner
- Proven track record in the property management or related industry
- Strong sales and marketing skills for driving business growth
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
