About the role
Marketing and Communications Executive
Salary: up to £28,000
The Role:
As the Marketing & Communications Executive you will be responsible for delivering all marketing communications assets across the company’s brands.
They are looking for you to provide ideas, inspiration and excellent quality marketing assets that are compliant across FCA, their Brands and Manufacturer brand standards. You will take briefs from the wider marketing team and work with the studio for the delivery. You will also be responsible for a team of Marketing Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their brand and drive business growth.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
For this role they are looking for you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
