Job description
Due to expansion of service in the Waterside area, we are now recruiting for community care workers. We have full and part time rotas available - Mornings (07:00 - 14:30) - Afternoons (15:00 - 18:30) and Put to Beds (19:00 - 23:00). We can offer all our staff. Excellent hourly rate with guaranteed rota hours. Mileage paid. Annual leave on a pro rata basis. NISCC - Post registration training learning. On-line learning. Training academies throughout Northern Ireland. Practical paid training. CPD approved certificate for training. QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications. Internal career progression. Paid shadowing. Mentoring arrangements. Uniforms supplied. Flexible working hours - full time and part time morning, afternoon, evenings and late rotas. Child friendly hours - put to bed rotas to suit mums and students. Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available. Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You must hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle. No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
