Site Manager Required!

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work for our client based in Wales, Carmarthenshire.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 11/03/2024

Pay Rate: Up To £310.00 Per Day - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

**We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!**

Job Roles:

• Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
• Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.
• Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.
• Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
• Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.
• Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.
• Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
• Reporting to other senior project managers as required.

Requirements:

- SMSTS & First Aid is required.
- Must have experience in new build projects.
