Ellis Mason are recruiting for a PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of a reputable business based in Shefford.
For the role of PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, the company are looking for someone with super organisational skills who can manage the office duties such as sending parcels out, taking detailed messages, handling post, working on Excel and more.
Duties can be trained.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary Circa £20,000 (£25,350 would be the full time equivalent)
- Monday to Friday either 9am to 3pm OR 9am to 3.30pm

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, are:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in answering their query
- Booking couriers
- Front of house for incoming mail and visitors
- Stock control of internal and work based items
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Raising purchase orders on Xero
- Handling invoice queries
- Maintaining the stock spreadsheet
- Handling fuel receipts
- Assisting internal colleagues with day-to-day administrative duties
- General administrative tasks such as filing, e-mailing, printing, etc
- Assisting with small internal projects on an ad hoc basis
