Job Description

We're thrilled to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at ClassTutor. If you're into education and enjoy helping people, this might be just the role for you.


What You'll Do:

Check Lessons: Make sure lessons are okay by reviewing them.
Talk to People: Chat nicely with parents, teachers, and students on the phone, by email and through messages to help them out.
Fix Things: Solve problems and answer questions to make everyone happy.
Keep Track: Keep good records of all the chats and solutions.
Team Player: Work with the team to share ideas and make things better.

Who You Are:
You're good at writing and talking clearly.
You're good at solving problems and staying calm.
You pay attention to details and can manage tasks well.
You have a good internet connection.
You know your way around computers and digital tools. 
You are a located in Gaziantep. 
When You'll Work:

- Part-Time (3.5 hours per day)
- Weekdays: 16:30 to 20:00 (UK Time +01:00) 
- Weekends: 09:30 to 13:00 (UK Time +01:00) 


What You'll Get:

- We'll pay you $2 for each hour.
