Autism Support Worker to support students aged 5-21 with a focus on autism. Bring your passion for inclusivity and contribute to creating an environment where every student can thrive. Join the team on this rewarding journey of empowerment!
We are looking for a calm, caring and highly motivated individual who is very understanding with challenging behaviour. Experience in a school environment is desirable but work experience that can be adapted is accepted.
This Role includes: - Supporting the teaching and learning of SEMH pupils
- Working closely with pupils that display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties
- Working in classrooms supporting Teachers and fellow Teaching Assistants
- Full time is preferred but part time applicants may still apply, as job shares can be available
- Hours 8:30am-3:30pm
