About the Role

As a dedicated Night Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our discerning residents at our luxury residential Build to Rent (BTR) development in London. Your exceptional attention to detail, unwavering commitment to excellence, and ability to anticipate and exceed expectations will be instrumental in creating an unparalleled living experience for those who call our residence home.

Responsibilities

* Providing exceptional customer service to residents, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations

* Handling resident requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

* Managing deliveries, packages, and maintenance requests

* Coordinating building amenities and services

* Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations

* Maintaining meticulous records and documentation

* Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Night Concierge in a high-end hotel or residential setting

* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Fluent in English; additional language proficiency a plus
