Job description

As a Live in Carer, you’ll be supporting one of our clients every day in their own home. Due to the nature of the role, you will be living with your client for a minimum of two weeks at a time providing companionship, personal care as well as other tasks such as domestic duties. Our Live in Carers will earn between upto £750 per week, depending on your skills, experience and the clients care needs. £150 welcome bonus

Care experience is not required as all of our Live in Carers are provided with intensive training as well as the option to shadow one of our more experienced Care Assistants. You’ll also have round-the-clock support from our Field Care Supervisors.

All of our Care Assistants will be offered a permanent contract, with accommodation and food allowance, you’ll also have a two hour break every day.

What do you need to be a successful Care Assistant?

☆ A caring nature and desire to make a difference in someone’s life

☆ The right to work in the UK

☆ Ability to take part in a minimum two-week placement

☆ A good level of English – both written and spoken

☆ Flexibility towards travel across England

☆ Approachable and supportive to individuals

You’ll also have the opportunity to join our Care Training Programme, a 12-15-month course where you’ll gain qualifications in care which are equal to 7 GCSE’s! If you don’t have a GCSE in Maths or English, you’ll also gain these too.
