Multi Trade Operative
Job Type: Permanent

Location: Ealing
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out high quality repairs to the housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching a wall, repairing tiles, all types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, laying slabs, fence repairs, etc.
• Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
• Basic DBS Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
