The role:

Possible start date: 25.03.2024

Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm

Total working hours: 35

What you will be doing day-to-day:

• Processing payments
• Maintaining purchase ledger 
• Maintaining Sales ledger
• Book-keeping 
• Entering information on excel
• Data entry 
• Updating client records 
• Filling
• Deal with operatives queries
• Liaising with clients 
• Assisting with Vat completion
• Assisting with Accounts preparation
• Taking calls 
• Scanning 
• Shredding
• Welcoming clients at reception desks
• Any other accounts tasks/reporting that may need to be carried out

The training you will receive:

• AAT – Assistant Accountant Level 3 (A level)
• All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes    
• Functional skills in English & maths if required

Prospects:

The candidate can choose to either progress into further training or full-time employment.

Qualifications required:

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* – C 9/4) – Desired

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A* – C 9/4) – Desired
