Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager;
· Build and maintain relationships with clients
· Generate new business whilst also managing existing customers using the BI reporting tool
· Serve as the main point of contact to clients
· Oversee customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
Requirements for the Customer Account Manager;
· A minimum of 3 years customer account management experience
· Driven
· Confident
· Commercially minded
