Venn Group has been approached by Housing Contractor in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Site Manager on a temporary contract.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Site Manager on Kitchen and Bathroom Schemes within social housing.

The duties will include:

• Managing multiskilled trade staff on Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment scheme
• Visiting properties and carrying out quality check
• Ensuring work is being completed to the highest quality and being delivered on time
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Previous experience in K&B Schemes in Social Housing
• Own transport and full UK Driving Licence
