Job description
Midlands based contractor are looking for a No. 1 Site Manager that has the experience and proven track record managing and delivering a project under his own control and direction. The scheme will involve the complete internal and external refurbishment of a live store so will involve re roofing, cladding, glazing as well as internal store and back office areas, liaising with the store manager you will be responsible for coordinating the subcontract supply chain in accordance with the programme to ensure that works are completed within programme deadlines, health & safety is maintained with both site and general public, chairing client and subcontractor progress meetings. Must also be computer literate
Black CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without this no application will be considered as it is a client requirement.
