- Manage work flow for the local office
- Receive and implement requests from Advisors
- Gather and record client data on Intelligent Office
- Prepare and deliver client reports to the highest professional standards
- Provide information for annual reviews accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients effectively
- Undertake Financial Planning and product-based research
- Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
- Undertake appropriate professional development and training
- Report on key measures on a regular basis
- Comply with the Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
