As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering impactful insights through visually engaging dashboards. You will collaborate closely with our data team to extract, analyse, and visualise data from various sources, including our Dynamics system. The role requires strong communication skills as you will present these dashboards to our clients, helping them understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing dashboards using PowerBI to present insights derived from multiple data sources.
Analyse data trends and patterns to identify key insights and opportunities for our clients.
Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate and timely data extraction and analysis.
Present dashboards to clients in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, fostering productive discussions and driving action.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualisation and analysis.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PowerBI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil technical information into understandable insights.
Experience working with Dynamics or similar CRM systems is a plus.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
