Position: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

My Client is looking for an experience Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their local GP practice located in MIlton Keynes. This Advanced Nurse Practitioner position will involve working alongside an experienced team of clinicians including; General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Physician Associates and a well equipped administrative team. This Advanced Nurse Practitioner position is on a permanent basis with both full and part time hours offered.

Duties Include:

• Assessment and diagnosis
• Prescribing medication
• Referrals
• Chronic disease management
• Minor illness/ injury treatment
• Emergency care
• Health promotion and education
