•Oversight of care plans and internal audits
•Staff management/ appraisals/ training
•Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
•Medication orders and auditing

•Hold a current Nurse pin with extensive Nursing Home experience
•Excellent communication skills, an honest & open management style & a passion for elderly care
