Ideally you would already have gained experience in a varied B2B Marketing role and have exposure within a technical product related industry, i.e, Audio Visual, Access Control, Lighting.
The role would be well suited to individuals who have a can-do attitude and are used to using their initiative within a fast-paced role. Experience within Engineering/Manufacturing sectors would be highly desirable.

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: £45k-£50k
Hours: 37 hours a week – office based 4 days a week.
Location: Woking – occasional travel will be required
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing the website and brand communication, including managing the backend tools
- Driving brand presence and strategy on behalf of multiple key divisions
- Managing and developing a team of marketing executives
- Responsible for follow up communication based on lead generation, B2B and B2C
- Working closely with Digital and PR agencies, managing PPC campaigns and social media pages
- Identifying trends and insights, monitoring competition and optimising marketing spend and performance
- Creating and supporting visual ad digital content creation
- Improving end user and customer experience through video sharing platforms such as Youtube
- Creating technical and product relevant content to improve technical electrical product understanding
- Evaluate technologies, providing advice and recommendation on their adoption where appropriate
- Monthly marketing analysis
- Working with translation agencies when required
- Collaborating with Commercial Directors, Sales and Engineering teams
Marketing Manager Desirable Skills:
- Degree in Marketing (BA, BSc or equivalent), CIM or relevant experience within a similar role
- Good knowledge of multiple marketing channels
- Previous B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Understanding of technical products or specifications lead industry
- Understanding of back-end website structures
- Exposure to Marketing within Manufacturing/Engineering or similar technical industries
- Hands on and driven approach
- Strong written communication skills
