About the role

Title: Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior

Location: Wirral based

Salary: up to £28K depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus BH, flexitime, on-site parking, growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Preparing of accounts for companies, sole traders and partnerships. 
  
• Explaining and discussing reports with clients in person and over the telephone
  
• Preparation of management accounts
  
• Preparation of tax returns
  
• Assisting with field based audits 
  
• Guidance to team members as and when required

Requirements

Requirements

• 2 years experience in an accountancy practice
  
• Ideally experience in audit but not essential
  
• Qualifications not essential, experience will be considered
  
• Strong IT skills 
  
• Experience using Digita, Sage, Xero accounts is beneficial
