Assembly Team Leader

Telford

£28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Overtime + Company Benefits

Do you have an electrical background? Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding business where you will oversee a small group of operatives in a leadership role?

On offer is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain leadership experience by joining a dedicated and respected team to support the company's growth.

This well-established business are specialists in their industry and are experiencing a period of high growth, as a result they are looking to extend their work force to facilitate the increase in workload at their site.

In this role, you will oversee a small group of operatives, whilst also being hands on with technical assembly of company products. The role offers full training on company products and overtime in order to boost you annual earnings.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with an electrical background, who ideally has experience overseeing a group of staff. Lead, Team Leader, Supervisor experience all encouraged to apply.

The Role:
*Assembly Team Leader
*Overseeing small group of operatives within technical assembly department
*Working 8:00am to 16:00pm, Monday to Friday
*Company Benefits, including Bonus, Overtime, and Training

The Person:
*Electrical background
*Ideally with previous experience in a team leader/supervisor position or similar
*Commutable to Telford
