About the role as Heating System Design Engineer at Aira
Youll beresponsible for designing domestic heat pump systemswhich are efficient reliable and compliant with MCS and manufacturers guidance.
What youll be doing as Heating System Design Engineer at Aira
- Youll need to havethe necessary qualifications training and experience to design high quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties.
- Pipe sizing heat loss radiator sizing and noise assessment.
- Youll need to make sure our installations arecompliant with planning regulations and MCS.
- Deliver schematic diagrams which effectively communicate installation requirements to installers.
- Support and work closely with installers.
What youll need to have as Heating System Design Engineer at Aira
- Youll need to have the necessary qualifications training and experience to design high quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties.
- Water regulations certificate (WRAS) course
- Level 2 / 3 Award in plumbing
- Level 3 Award Low temperature heating and hot water systems in dwellings
The following would be useful to have;
- Qualifications in System design such as Heat Geek Heating Mastery
- Level 3 Award in installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems
