Description

As a Nurse Advisor, you will be providing safe and effective telephone advice, health assessment and information to the general public and healthcare professionals. You will help to support Health Advisors to use the NHS Pathways system to ensure that quality, evidence based health care is delivered to patients and that accurate and immediate records are kept, including assessment and advice given using NHS Pathways guidelines.

You will need to maintain competencies in line with the defined framework defined by the NHS Pathways license requirements and comply with all policies and regulations relating to clinical governance and patient confidentiality.

You have to be fully Pathway version 9 trained
