Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Comply with and uphold the Company’s QHSE policy and related requirements
• Capture and create useable data sets, presenting the data in graphical and meaningful ways
• Create statistics and manage KPI data sets in relation to QHSE
• Undertake problem solving and root cause analysis for product deviations and quality problems
• Map processes and write safe work instructions in relation to those processes
• Manage improvement projects using the companies EBS continuous improvement tools
• Have a willingness to learn all areas of the operational activity including warehouse and production to assist in improving processes
• Work with management to maintain & improve Safety & Quality objectives
• 50% of time spent in operations with 50% in the office environment
• Any other reasonable task requested by management

• Improvement Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
• End Point Assessment
