As part of their expansion into the UK wind energy sector, we are seeking a
Business Development Advisor with strong relationships in the industry to drive customer acquisition and guide the company through the sales process.
Main purpose of the role:
As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in Kavaken's growth strategy by leveraging your extensive network of relationships within the UK wind energy sector. You will be responsible for opening doors, initiating conversations, and providing guidance throughout the sales process until the deal is successfully closed.
Duties will include:
Strategic Networking
- Leverage existing relationships and proactively build new connections within the onshore and offshore wind power plant owners, operators, insurers, and financiers.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor within the industry, representing Kavaken and its solutions with integrity and professionalism.
Business Development
- Open doors and secure initial meetings with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact to introduce Kavaken's solutions, making the initial pitch of our products effectively to showcase their value.
Sales Guidance
- Guide Kavaken through the sales process, providing insights into industry nuances and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations based on your understanding of client needs.
Market Insight and Feedback
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and sales strategies.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales and management within the onshore and offshore wind energy sector.
- Well-established network with wind power plant owners, operators, insurers, and financiers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a history of closing complex deals.
