Job description

Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work for a longstanding Construction client initially working on a 3 year flagship Stadium development in central Cardiff.

A world leading construction management business is looking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support the regeneration and construction of a Stadium, Hotel and Infrastructure project running until 2027.

The right individual will have previous experience of project managing 200+ Million Pound projects and working with large scale contractors and complex projects.

Key aspects of the successful candidate's role profile are further detailed below:

Manage all activities around the project, including but not limited to, preparing scope of work, project estimates, budgets, project documentation, RFI development, submittal review, subcontractor management, work plan schedules and milestones, procurement of materials, quality control, identify risks, and pay application processing.

Experience of leading significant company projects from start to completion.

Experience managing programs or projects worth over 100 million

Ensure that project safety and environmental standards are being adhered to

Prepare and execute project schedules and coordinate them against the calendar

Act as a point of contact. Support and oversee projects to ensure timely execution of all estimating and renovation activities

Experiencing in defining operational readiness requirements and post go live transition plans

Qualifications/General:

Relevant qualification in Project Management

Health and Safety management qualification, such as Nebosh or IOSH highly favourable

Previous experience in Commercial Stadium construction and development is beneficial

Salary and package

–Permanent role with salary expectations up to 90,000 per annum
