Job description
Axcis Education are working with a mainstream school situated in a suburb just outside of Exeter who are seeking a key stage one teacher for after the Easter break. This position is 5 days per week and is temporary. NO WEEKEND WORK.
This school provides education for both nursery, primary and secondary aged pupils. Although they are a mainstream school, they do have a high percentage of SEND pupils. All pupils follow the national curriculum, some may have 1-1 interventions to support their behaviour and learning. The campus is a purpose-built building with large grounds and sports area. They also have a creative studio space for Drama, dance, and music. To apply for this teaching post, you should be a confident teacher with Qualified Teacher Status. You should have experience teaching primary aged pupils, although key stage one experience specifically is not essential. You should be resilient but also have a good sense of humour.
