Grant and Funding Manager needed to help develop Strategy and Lead our Funding Team
What will you be doing?
At RSASS, we work to support survivors of recent or historical rape or sexual abuse. We have a small team of grant and fund writers who work alongside a dedicated team of counsellors, support workers and creative professionals, you'll be the bridge that connects our cause with potential supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft a sustainable fundraising strategy which aligns with our mission.
- Donor Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with current and potential donors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to amplify our fundraising campaigns.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events.
- Financial Oversight: Track and report on fundraising metrics.
- Grants and Proposals: Research potential grant opportunities and lead the drafting and submitting of compelling proposals.
Qualities and Skills:
- Passion: A genuine interest in our Charity and Mission
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and writing skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives about our cause and interacting effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical Ability: Proficiency in understanding fundraising metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and making informed decisions.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.

Experience:
