Sales Transformation Learning Specialist & Training Support
Location: Remote UK - must be able to travel to Weybridge, Surrey on occasions.

About the role
This is an entry to mid-level new role within Sales Transformation where you’ll be creating online courses, social media collateral, member data bases and supporting a global sales team to transform their ways of working. This is a fixed term contract up to 12 months to start but has the potential to become permanent role for the right candidate.
You will be collaborating with our subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop and deploy the learning experience, creating storyboards, scripts & assessments, and creating the curriculum and design of the general outlines of training courses, instructional materials, guides and handouts.

This role will be a support to effectively transform business strategic initiatives, assisting in facilitating change management of specified business revenue streams and learning and development. This role supports the department in ancillary revenue generation of approximately $40 million in incremental revenue and will assist the overall sales transformation program for the international markets under Royal Caribbean International to include UK & Ireland, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Singapore & Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, United States and Mexico and Latin Caribbean regions.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Transformation and Ancillary Revenue, the primary role will be to support, create and execute the departments’ role:
