Position: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Clapham, London
Salary: £126,000
Type of Service: Transitioning from traditional nursing to complex care
Qualification : RMN or RGN
Contract Type:  Permanent

Remit:

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their nursing home, which is transitioning to a specialist complex needs care home based in Clapham, London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider expanding its specialist care division in the London region through acquisition and commissioning.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a three-stage format.

• Stage One – Video call interview with the Head of Recruitment
• Stage Two - Video call interview with the Operations Director
• Stage Three – In-person presentation with the SMT

The Candidate:

• Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within a specialist complex needs care home
• Ideally, a Mental Health Nurse – but consider a Registered General Nurse with significant complex care experience
• Possess strong commercial acumen 
• Excellent communicative skills
• Demonstrate excellent leadership 
• Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
• Driving license and own vehicle are required
