The Basics:

Location: Basildon

Role: Mechanical assembly operative  

Position: Permanent

Holidays: 33 days

Benefits: Death in service x2 of salary, pension

Shift choices available:

Monday to Thursday 19.30 to 04.30, Friday 14.30 to 19.30 = £22.80 per hour £46,238 per annum

Overview:

We now require a Mechanical assembly operative  to join the assembly department. Working in a first class precision engineering manufacturing environment producing components for a business that have manufacturing plants across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate / Mechanical assembly operative may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

Competent at reading engineering drawings

Previous experience assembling parts using hand and air tools associated in an engineering environment.
